Almost finished, a little more.

This is the progress of how far I got on Monday. I flipped the drawing upside down and colored it in.

If I reach my hand all the way across ill smear the colors together.

So far it’s turning out. How I said in the last post, I’m hoping the eyes turn out. If they do the picture will turn out, the way I imagined.

Looking at the picture as of right now, what do you see?

Remember to look at the patches of color. The colors make up each part of the drawing. createing the whole picture.

Take your time to observe, there is no rush.

I’m thinking either today or Monday I’ll Finish the drawing, it depends on my speed.

Progress on drawing

 

This is how far I got on Thursday. I also worked on it a little bit last night.

It’s coming along quite well at the moment. I’m just hoping the eyes turn out the way I imagine. Me saying it has eyes is a little hint in a way. It’s something living then.

The different shades of colors separate each part of the drawing. Look at it closely and look at each patch of color and try to make up the drawing.

Take your time and don’t rush.

Take a guess after looking for a while.

Update on the drawing.

This is how far I got on Monday, little by little I keep adding more.

Whenever I’m coloring I get bored in one area and end up coloring all over the place. That’s why there is random color.

If I were to focus on one area it would all fade into one part. How it does at the bottom.

I feel it’s because I’m very squirmy I guess. I’m always moving I can’t focus, I have to be moving.

When I think about nothing and draw I’m kind of like a kid walking down the middle of the road. Kicking rocks, skipping, screaming and just being a kid.

What I mean when I say that is my mind is free and I don’t care. A kid’s mind is free. As you grow up you become more of an adult.

You either loose the kid within or it stays with you. With my art I can show my childish side. The side most people fear to show. I always feel young and like a kid. I don’t think I’ll ever grow up.

At times I get into deep thought and think this.

Here I am this person, on this world. Living the life I have, wherever I am. I’m told to “grow up” what exactly does that mean?

My definition of growing up is probably different than most people.

I never fit in with most people, somehow I have these skills I don’t know how I received.

Being an art person is like being a kid your whole life.

Only kids make art, they say.

When you grow up you don’t make art kids make art.

Forever I will be a kid at heart. My art helps me with this much more. It makes my childish behavior never go away.

I look at kid’s making art and it’s so interesting. They are very focused. So focused they ignore everything else.

If you were to watch me, I’m a kid making a drawing. I smile and laugh and I’m singing to my music.

I feel as if I’m a little kid stuck in this body. Here I am and I make art.

Art is much more than art. If you really think about it. Art is everything. Without art nothing would be here.

All of the shapes and colors represent the pieces of the artwork.

The kid puts the color to the paper.

I started babbling, this happens sometimes. I usually write these on the spot. Hopefully someone understood that.

Can anyone guess what the drawing could be, with what has been added?

More colored in, much to go.

This is the progress of how far I got on Thursday. I also worked on it for a few hours on the weekend. As I have said before, it takes extremely long to color in my work. I apologize for how slow it takes me sometimes.

I believe you shouldn’t rush your art at all.

Imagine all the things that could be created and achieved. If people thought before their actions. Greater outcomes would happen.

If I rush my whole piece of art, the true potential won’t show. If I try my absolute best and say I didn’t give up and I fail. I’m happy with trying the best I did and failing.

Say I were to “fail” at this drawing. I only learned and my craft improved I can’t be disappointed about that. Yes it might not be everything I imagined or perfect.

There is no perfection, I influence you to make mistakes on your art or you won’t improve. Go crazy make something no one has ever seen.

There are no limits the imagination is limitless.
